Nesakaramal Organization is providing tailoring training for women regionally for self-employment by establishing training centers and giving tailoring training. It has been started in Vavuniya, Mannar district, and is ongoing.

Nesakarangal organization also undertakes emergency relief/ medical aid/ humanitarian aid in the event of death in destitution.
